Cancellation & Refund Policy
IMS Wellthcare Inc. believes in helping its
customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation and refund
policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of
placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the
orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have
initiated the processing of documents for shipment.
Cancellation must be made through email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by
calling our toll free number 1800.524.4291.
In case you feel that the services received is not as shown on the site or as per
your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within
24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into
your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

For Automatic Recurring Payment (ARP) a thirty (30) day grace period should
be provided before stoppage can be effected. The grace period shall allow our
company to transmit the request to our bank partners.
After the 30-day grace period and the ARP still persists, refund shall be made
to the payor. Payment of refund shall be made through cheque payable to the
payor and shall be sent to the address indicated in the subscription form.
